Grocery store conversation
While waiting in line at Safeway the other day, I noticed a very interesting People magazine cover. It was a picture of 3 guys: Tom Cruise, Orlando Bloom, and Brad Pitt, with the caption, "Will They Wed?"
I tried to find the image, but couldn't.
Well, maybe it's just me, but it struck me as kind of strange, like, "Will they wed each other?"
Anyway, the funny thing was the conversation of the three young guys in line next to me. They were looking at the magazine cover, the conversation went like this:
Guy #1: "Hey, if I was ever to, you know, go over to the wrong side, I'd pick that guy. (Pointing to Brad Pitt)"
The rest of the guys: (Stunned silence) ¶ 10:46 AM

Somehow I just can't picture that same conversation taking place here in Idaho. They'd be quickly looking to put the guy out of their misery ;)
